Athena graduated from Westminster Kingsway College in London with a professional chef's diploma, specialising in patisserie and confectionery. She worked in the London restaurant scene expanding her knowledge and building on the foundations set out at college. It wasn't until she explored the world of purely plant-based foods for health benefits that she found her passion about the vegan lifestyle. Shortly after, she ran her own café offering locally-sourced, seasonal plant-based dishes to introduce the culinary and health delights of vegan food to a wider audience.

Athena has travelled extensively and her food is an eclectic mix drawing influences from around the world. After learning more about the ethical and environmental benefits from a vegan lifestyle, she has made it a lifelong commitment to spread joy through plant-based foods.

With Super Natural Kitchen Athena showcases tried and tested recipes and develops new and exciting concepts to truly push the boundaries of raw vegan cuisine. She believes in a holistic approach to living and has helped people in the U.S and U.A.E through yoga and private raw and whole foods plant-based coaching.
