Empower yourself with all the information to embrace a plant-based lifestyle, or just to introduce more vegan foods into your diet. This 6-week Introduction to Vegan Cooking will cover the basics including knife skills, flavour pairing and staple ingredients, using foods as a tool for healing, holistic health, vegan cheese, fermentation, culturing, superfoods, raw foods and dehydration, classics made vegan and more.
In addition to the fabulous on-site learning experience and live demos, you will receive an in-depth manual with all the recipes and information you have learned, as well as an apron. Hosted in the stylish Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet demo kitchen in City Walk.
From 5 January 2018 to 9 February 2018, you will join other like-minded individuals for 2 hours every Monday (7PM to 9PM) and 5 hours every Friday (10AM to 3PM).
