Super Natural Kitchen is Dubai's first and only 100% raw, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free and preservative-free kitchen and restaurant. We connect food and health with body, mind and soul. Our food is delicious and is good for you.

 

Super Natural Kitchen is Dubai's first and only 100% raw, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, preservative-free café.

Our mission is to prove that food that allows your body to thrive and food that looks and tastes spectacular are not mutually exclusive.

We use organic and locally-grown produce whenever possible.

 

From our Super Natural Kitchen we organise workshops and demos, cater to community events and also deliver delicious, healthy food to your home.

Super Natural Kitchen is plastic-free. We use stainless steel straws and our delivery containers from VegWare are plant-based and completely compostable.

We promote compassionate living and cook food that is in harmony with your body.

ATHENA MATHEOU

Athena graduated from Westminster Kingsway College, London with a professional chef diploma, specialising in patisserie and confectionery. She worked in the London restaurant scene expanding her knowledge and building on the foundations set out at college. It wasn't until she explored the world of purely plant-based foods for health benefits that she found her passion about vegan lifestyle. Shortly after, she ran her own café offering locally-sourced, seasonal plant-based dishes to introduce the culinary and health delights of vegan food to a wider audience.

Athena has travelled extensively and her food is an eclectic mix drawing influences from around the world. Since learning about the ethical and environmental benefits of vegan living, she has embraced a lifelong commitment to spreading joy through plant-based foods.

At SUPER NATURAL KITCHEN, she showcases tried and tested recipes and develops new and exciting concepts to truly push the boundaries of raw vegan cuisine. She believes in a holistic approach to living and has helped people in the US and the UAE through yoga and private raw and whole foods plant-based coaching.
